As a foreigners...

This post was not intended to showing-off.

What have I done as Malaysian at Australia?

5 of those name-tags reflects what have I done in Australia to kill my boring time. Joining extra-curriculum is always my wish since high school. As I does not stay near my high school and my parents busy with working, often this part is neglected and missed the fun of it. This also explains why I am trying to be active in extra-curriculum during my degree life while everyone is partying with their hard paid job.

I love meeting people. But not good in dealing with people. I can consider myself as a member who is very passionate but usually will be diminish by people who is not giving coorporation. useless me.. Although is just one year, I am proud of myself to get involve in several event as well as roles that I doesn't tried before.

1. International Student Business Society - Malaysia Chapter
Fundraising and Charity Department - Joining this club just for one event for the first semester and head this department for my second semester. Not knowing what have done by the seniors and who are all the members are all the difficulties i faced throughout the semester. Trying my best to do the best and often disappointing me again and again. Taking this roles with my previous societies' experience in TU and does not expect so much responsibility given as i only know one event was held last semester. Not giving further detail, with this role, becoming the organising chairperson for the club's small fundraising event as well as the head of sponsorship team for the club's collaboration event with HK club - Moon Lantern Festival 2012. Participate as well the camp that organize by another department although I did not expect to join any camp in Australia. Joining this club makes me meet a lot of people. Other than Malaysian of course in Australia, but also those Malaysian who have hold PR and worked in Australia for several years. Also meet some hong-kees as we collaborated one event, feelings? hmmm..

2. Volunteer - World Vision
Promoting their winter campaign by encouraging people to sponsor a child. Have actually aware this sponsoring child event since last year after becoming the committee of Famine-30 at TU. (awesome experience!!!!) Compared the price of sponsoring a child, listen to family/individual that have sponsored the child for past 10 years have make me realized how inflation grows. *aiks! typical accountant mind* yeah~ but make me more passionate to sponsor a child when i start contributing the employment rate. I must sponsor a child and join more this kind of activities that helps those needy! and yeap, this is my interest!
Other than that campaign, joined also their artist campaign - Kenny Rodger concert @ Adelaide. hehehheee.. How good if he is a singer that i know~ hehhee... I know Kenny Rodger is famous anyway >< Sorry for him! #proven

Another things that i though off as well doing in Australia is find a job. However, with maaannyyy excuses *i admit it*, I have not done it and choose to concentrate my studies. Good excuse right? hehhee..

ohya! Introduce my new heading!
