Eventsss!!

"I am not a good friend. Forced some of them to support my event :( But, still i am grateful for that because the supportive from you guys are meaningful as it meant a LOT to me :) The feeling of happiness does not fade because of that, but increased as we understand, we owe each other a lot ;) And, as a result, the bond between us, matched AMAZINGLY :D I heart and thanks to all of you!"

Finally chaired a bigger event i guess! My first chaired events was the Field Trip by Chinese Society. Without considering a lot, i have applied for the organizing chairperson position as i thought there will be someone guiding me. However, things goes wrong after the appointment. The boards ask me to decide, find my team and so on. Is like throwing me everything and goes off. Is a tough time to me during that period. Trying to get things done well and also lead to great people/team towards the first Chinese Society's Field Trip. From this events onwards, i understand one things. Although there is 15,000+ students in Taylorian, there is still possibilities that your event can only attract ONE people. Sadly to say, this is university life and university student's attitude which is similar to real life. It will be more hurt if you know that only 1 out of 10 from the boards of the society attended my field trip. Completely STAND ALONE. Luckily, i end up a break-even with a little profit. So, is not consider fail i guess. hahahhahahaa!!

After that, start to being active in both societies. Circle K Club and Chinese Society. In Chinese society, without taking any position, I am proud to say that i got the chance to be the committee member of several big events :) Knowing the procedure and the people in-charge, the works goes smoothier :) From Chinese New Year, to 30-Hour Famine, to Mid-Autumn Festival, i have been located to several different nature department. Also, glad to know that, I realized i can do many stuff! At least, I have done my part well :)

Circle K Club. From a Membership Director to Vice President, using the knowledge from Chinese Society, and applied to here as well as improve it. Chinese Society and Circle K Club are a totally different nature club. You will only know it if you joined actively ;) I have a Passionate President over here, she always support us on our idea and activities. Without leaving us alone, she will point you the wrong one and give more suggestions. C'mon, is a CLUB event. Is NOT MY events! Only more idea/suggestion/feedback can make it successful! However, hardly to find this passionate in Chinese Society. People seems prefer to be quiet or support the dominant ones. Sometimes even, choose not to care to avoid any responsibilities. Is this known as Chinese Culture? hmm...

Besides, attending seminar also make me more confident on what i am doing. Making good strategy with strong logical feedback as well as a little luck often get back the effort you put in. Achieving your goal which you think is impossible previously often improve your confident on doing new things. You can Do it! Please Remember This.

My event is a new move in Taylor's :) I doesn't experience it before. Is a no-loser lucky draw. You will confirmed be getting a prize which is worth more than RM2 if you paid RM2 to play it. Of course, in order to make it successful, i have to thanks to all my team, sponsors as well as all the people who assisted and make it HAPPENED! I was told that: "In real world, always there is someone who are very generous to always assisting you and give you a BIG support towards your event. Is either you met it or not. And, in order to met it, you have to at least approached 1,000 people" -- The 1 Ringgit game. In fact, i don't believed it at first, until this event. I have to say that we are so lucky to meet so much generous people that willing to sponsor us A LOT! Incredible and Surprisingly!! Is True.

This idea doesn't come out suddenly of course. I am modelling my previous employee's annual dinner lucky draw. We're not required to pay during that time. But, lucky draw similarly, everyone got the prize! Of course, the prized over there is more attractive! hahahha!! Ipad + Iphone +Printer + Heater and many more.. This idea will not works without the prizes. Hence, i am really glad that i have a good support team-mates which owe a GREAT passionate towards the club and willing to approached all the possible sponsors!

Good Team + Workable Idea + Passionate + Confidence + Hunger + Desire = On your way to Successful:)

Of course, there is always room to improved!
